1. Acceptance Of Terms

By visiting recoverydesk.live, submitting a demo request, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.

2. The RecoveryDesk Service

RecoveryDesk provides an AI-powered missed call recovery service that responds to unanswered calls with intelligent SMS conversations, qualifies leads, and assists with appointment booking on behalf of subscribing businesses. Specific features and capabilities included in the AI Receptionist package may evolve over time as the platform is updated and refined.

3. SMS Program

RecoveryDesk operates an SMS communications program used to deliver account updates, appointment reminders, customer support communications, and operational messages related to the services you have requested or subscribed to.

Opt-In

You opt in to the RecoveryDesk SMS program through our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) answering service. When you reach our IVR, you will be prompted to:

  • Press 1 to provide consent to receive SMS communications from RecoveryDesk.
  • Press 2 to leave a voicemail without opting in.
  • Press 0 to end the call.

Pressing 1 constitutes your express consent to receive SMS messages at the mobile number from which you called. By providing your consent through the IVR, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of that number.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the service and the configuration of the account you are associated with.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. RecoveryDesk does not charge a fee to receive SMS messages; however, carrier fees may apply.

HELP & STOP Instructions

  • Reply HELP to any message to receive assistance and our contact information.
  • Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from RecoveryDesk SMS communications at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Supported Carriers

The RecoveryDesk SMS program is available on most major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

  • Use the service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt any portion of the website, services, accounts, or underlying infrastructure.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form or communication channel.
  • Use the service to harass, defame, or harm others, or to transmit unlawful or unwanted content.

5. Intellectual Property

The RecoveryDesk name, logo, branding, content, and software are the property of RecoveryDesk or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our materials without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer Of Warranties

The website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RecoveryDesk disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

7. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will RecoveryDesk, its affiliates, or its service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or services. Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising under these terms will not exceed the amounts you have paid to RecoveryDesk in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website or services after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
